Lemon Bourbon - 8.5%

Our take on a whiskey sour inspired mead. We blend bright lemons &  wildflower honey to create a nice light 8.5% mead then aged it in Blanton bourbon barrels on lactobacillus for 22 months. The result is a Bourbon forward sour lemon springtime treat.
