Dorsata aged in Pinot Grigio Barrels

Our Dorsata made boulder and more complex by using Wildflower, Goldenrod & Clover Honey as the base, which boosted ABV up to 16%. We then aged it in French Pinot Grigio barrels for over a year. The result is a big, bold traditional mead with notes of French Oak, Vanilla, Pear & Honeysuckle.
