Zeitnot is a Chess term meaning "time is of the essence"
We are Carnegie's newest brewery and an extension of Apis Mead & Winery cohabitating in the same space.
We focus on German, English and American Classic styles of beer as well as Braggots (Mead & Beer hybrids)
Our Goal is to be your neighborhood brewpub with plenty to offer. Including over 200 board games, Pinball & Live music weekly. As well as Beer, Mead, Wine & pub food all made inhouse.
