Dorsata aged in Pinot Noir Barrels
Our Dorsata made boulder and more complex by using Wildflower, Goldenrod & Buckwheat Honey as the base, which boosted ABV up to 16%. We then aged it in French Pinot Noir barrels for over a year. The result is a big, bold traditional mead with notes of cherry, red wine grapes, french oak & a subtle spice reminescent of white pepper.
